How does ordering work?
Put the works you like in the cart and send us an order request at checkout. You pay nothing at that point. Within 24 hours we email you a secure payment link with the total price, including shipping. The contract is concluded when you pay; after that we print your order and send it to you. Which sizes are available, and how do I choose?
Every work comes in the same four portrait sizes: A3 (30 × 42 cm), A2 (42 × 59 cm), A1 (59 × 84 cm) and 70 × 100 cm. The price is the same for every work. Each product page has a size diagram to help you compare the formats. Above a sofa or sideboard, a work about two thirds the width of the furniture tends to look balanced. A framed work is about 4 cm larger than the print in each dimension.
What paper do you print on?
Matte, uncoated archival paper, acid-free, 250 g/m² and slightly off-white. There is no glossy finish. Please note that colours on screen can differ slightly from colours on paper.
What are the frames like?
A wooden frame about 2 cm wide, in black, white or natural wood. All three colours cost the same. Each framed work arrives assembled, with hanging fittings, ready to go on the wall.
Why acrylic and not glass?
Clear acrylic is lighter than glass and does not shatter in transit. That makes it safer to ship and easier to hang, especially in the larger sizes.
Do the frames come with a mount (passe-partout)?
Not at the moment. The print sits directly in the frame, which covers about 4–5 mm of its edge.
How high should I hang a work?
Place the centre of the work about 145–150 cm from the floor. Above a sofa or sideboard, leave about 20–25 cm between the furniture and the bottom of the frame.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Production starts once your payment has been received and takes about 2–4 working days; delivery usually takes 2–6 working days after that. Shipping is free on orders from €100 / £85 / 2 500 Kč / 1 150 kr; below that it costs €5 / £5 / 125 Kč / 60 kr. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Will I pay customs in the UK?
No. Orders for the United Kingdom are printed in the UK, and orders for the EU are printed in the EU, so there are no customs charges.
Can I return a work?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase. Write to [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the price, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of your withdrawal.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send photos of the item and the packaging to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement. There is no need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
How do I pay?
You do not pay at checkout. After you send your order request, we email you a secure payment link within 24 hours, and you pay on our payment provider’s page. We never ask for card details on our website or by email. The contract is concluded when you pay. All prices are final and include any applicable taxes. They are shown in EUR, GBP, CZK or SEK, whichever you choose.
Are these originals?
No. The works are digital artworks, and what we sell are prints of them: printed on demand on archival paper, framed or unframed.
How do I care for my print?
Dust it with a soft, dry cloth. Clean acrylic glazing with a dedicated acrylic cleaner or a damp microfibre cloth, never with alcohol or glass cleaner. Keep the work out of direct sun and away from damp rooms to protect the colours.
Do you offer custom sizes or business orders?
