Customers in the EU

Vallora is a UK company that also sells to consumers in the European Union. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection that the consumer law of your country gives you, including your 14-day right of withdrawal and your statutory rights if a product is faulty. Details are in our terms of sale.

Consumer dispute resolution

If something is not right, please write to us first. Most matters can be settled quickly and personally.

We are not obliged to take part in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings before a consumer arbitration body and do not currently do so. This also applies to consumers in Germany (§ 36 VSBG). Your right to go to court is not affected.
