Shipping and returns
Every poster is printed on demand in a lab close to you, then packed and sent straight to your door. Shipping is free on orders from €100.
How ordering works
- Send an order request. At checkout, enter your name, email address, phone number and delivery address and click “Send order request”. You pay nothing at this point, and the request does not oblige you to buy.
- Receive a payment link. Within 24 hours we email you a secure payment link with the products, the total price including shipping and how long the link is valid.
- Pay. The contract is concluded when you pay through the link. If you change your mind before that, simply do not pay.
- Printing and delivery. Once your payment has arrived, your order goes into production and is sent to you. You receive a tracking link by email.
Delivery times
Production starts once your payment has been received and takes about 2–4 working days. Delivery usually takes another 2–6 working days, depending on where you live.

Production and delivery together usually take about 4–10 working days from payment. These are typical times, not guaranteed dates.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all EU countries and to the United Kingdom. For now, these are the exceptions: Cyprus, Malta, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Azores and Madeira, the French overseas departments and territories, and areas outside the EU VAT area (the Åland Islands, Heligoland, Büsingen, Livigno, Campione d’Italia and Mount Athos).
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders from €100 / £85 / 2 500 Kč / 1 150 kr. Below that, standard shipping costs €5 / £5 / 125 Kč / 60 kr per order, however many works it contains.
The amount is the total of all works in your cart. The cart shows how much is left until free shipping.
Tracking
When your order leaves the lab, we send you an email with a tracking link, so you can follow it to your door.
Packaging
Framed works and posters are shipped carefully packed.
Customs
There are no customs charges. Orders for the EU are printed in the EU, and orders for the United Kingdom are printed in the UK.
Returns
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This applies to every work in our collection.
To return an order:
- Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply within one working day with the next steps.
- Send the items back in their original condition, ideally in the original packaging. Framed works in particular need careful packing.
The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
Refunds
We refund the full price you paid, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.
If something arrives damaged
Parcels are packed with care, but damage in transit can happen. If your order arrives damaged, send photos of the item and the packaging to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a free replacement.
You do not need to return the damaged item unless we ask you to. Please keep the packaging until the matter is settled.
