How big it is on the wall
To scale, above a 220 cm sofa, next to a person 175 cm tall.
Medium · 42 × 59 cm
A full moon in soft terracotta hangs above a field of tall grasses bending in the wind, their seed heads drawn in fine dark strokes. Moon viewing over autumn grasses is an old theme in Japanese art, and here it is kept simple and warm. It sits well above a sideboard in a dining room, or beside Plum, where the two warm accents answer each other.
